How does someone know if they are a lost change maker?

Understanding the Evolution of Generations and Change Makers

There’s a sea of lost change makers.
Now, back to your question: how would someone know if they are a lost change maker?
First, we need to explain the evolution of the Generations to create an understanding of who the change makers are and why they are here.

The Role of Baby Boomers, Millennials, and Generation X in Shaping Change

The Baby Boomer generation was incarnated in change maker groups. They came as the first wave of change makers to start the evolution of Earth as a lesson in dichotomies, dominance, and differences into a place where souls learned about unity, oneness, and how the suffering of one lowers the vibration for all. These groups became known as the “Hippy” generation. However, as the Baby Boomers aged, their groups fell apart. They began to buy into the limiting beliefs of their parents. However, this enabled them to support Generation Y. (We will talk about Generation X, later)

With their start-ups, the Millenials or Generation Y have established new norms for business and creation. They utilized the resources of the Baby Boom Generation, who were excited to support their new way of thinking and being. The start-ups created by the Millennials formed small creative teams that honored each other’s roles and introduced flexible work hours and opportunities for play and socializing at the workplace.

Generation X came with a dispersed group of way-showers meant to guide Generation Z. Unlike the Baby Boom Generation, Generation X’s change makers worked as individual activators of change. Being on their own and incarnating into a time on Earth where the belief systems were based on religion, not connection, and souls learning about dichotomies and conformity, they were vulnerable to becoming lost.

The limiting beliefs of gender roles distracted them from their path. Women’s value and access came from their ornamental beauty and quiet service to family and others. Men gained value and access by being the providers and protectors by utilizing ambition and aggression. These roles required the change makers to devalue the other half of themselves, leading them to spend their energies on these false expectations of beauty and money. The perceived societal pressure to conform was more substantial, and the fear of demonstrated connection to intuition caused them to shut it down. Therefore, many of the way-showers of Generation X became lost.

However, with age and less pressure to conform, they are finding their connection, intuition, skills, and voice. You can always step into your role of change maker. Generation X plays a pivotal role in creating and supporting Generation Z by reminding them of their intuitive connection and highly evolved abilities to read and transform energy. Generation X will also help Generation Z follow their journeys as they grow.

Fewer individuals in Generation Z will believe or value the educational system as the key to success. Many of them will choose mentorships or build teams to co-create. The way-showers of Generation X will explain the wisdom of these new ways to the resistors and support the development of new ways of being, learning, and creating.

Common Experiences of Lost Change Makers

While the experiences of lost change makers are diverse, there are common threads that bind them. The most significant factor that shapes their experiences is gender, as it determines which part of their change maker identity becomes suppressed.
Female lost change makers feel nervous, anxious, unsure, hesitant, and fearful of their innate power of intuition and following their missions. The fear drives them to double their efforts to conform, focusing on their beauty and quiet service, yet these efforts leave them feeling unfulfilled, overwhelmed, and sometimes resentful and empty because they know they are playing small. They worry they will lose their partners, families, or access if they stand up and own their authentic selves. They fear punishment.
Male lost change makers feel unsettled and fear not being able to provide for themselves and family if they follow their soul’s mission. Creating unity and understanding of oneness goes against their training of self-assertion and aggression. It requires them to clear the emotional blocks created by the limiting belief that showing vulnerability and emotion is a sign of weakness, which leaves them feeling angry, resentful, and isolated.  These feelings drive them to seek more power and to collect the next beautiful ornamental woman, but they feel trapped, exhausted, and uninspired.

Overcoming Fear and Embracing Empowerment

Remember, there is no need to fear your power or the possibility of punishment. It is safe to stand tall and step into your empowerment. When both men and women break free from the chains of limiting beliefs, they have the potential to form a powerful union of unconditional love, authentic power, and inspired co-creation. This can lead to a new level of fulfillment and abundant resources, transforming not just their lives but also the world around them.
