Question: What will companies look like as we bring unity to the Earth?
As the change makers usher in unity, what you call companies or places of work will change. They will develop into collaborative co-creating zones. Each individual will bring their soul’s gifts and competencies to co-create with their team.
Similar tasks will be done, but positions will be formed in different ways. For instance, the receptionist will still be needed, but the person whose talents and competencies are in that arena will create how that role is carried out. They will design the welcome area and develop the tone and first impression for the organization. Their role will be valued equally to all the other roles in the company because this person’s gifts and talents are seen as an essential part of the sales and marketing team.
The pay scale in the future will be more equally dispersed because every team member’s talent will be recognized as equally important as the other team members. Profit sharing will be more common than salary because teams will realize they rise and fall due to their united efforts and offering of their individual talents. This united effort will create unity within the organization and between organizations.
A greater awareness of the interdependence between individuals and organizations will develop. Independence leaves individuals vulnerable because of their weaknesses, as shown in nature. A wolf pack or a pride of lions survives more efficiently than an individual, even when they are highly evolved predators.
The same is true for organizations compared to solo entrepreneurs; more can be created by an effective team working together than by one person alone.
When each person is allowed to utilize their gift for the benefit of the team and is recognized and valued for their contributions through sharing the ownership and profits of the organization, team members bring all their power into co-creating an effective organization that will benefit humanity as a whole.
And so it is.
